AI for Corporate Affairs
AI adoption is a people challenge, not just a technology challenge
Introduction
AI is changing corporate affairs fast. We help corporate affairs teams tailor AI to their work and build the confidence to use it well.
We do not sell a corporate affairs AI tool. We help teams build their in-house capability to use, test and tailor the tools already available to them.
Our approach draws on Simon Baugh’s experience developing an award-winning AI tool for UK Government Communications. It is based on a simple insight: the main challenge is rarely technical. It is usually about people’s capability, opportunity, or motivation. We help teams develop the understanding to keep improving, rather than become dependent on external support.
Improving AI output quality
We help teams get better, more relevant outputs from the AI tools already available to them. This includes helping clients to identify priority use cases, build prompt galleries, create trusted source libraries, and design custom agents and workflows for high-value corporate affairs tasks.
Building team confidence
We build confidence across the function, not just among early adopters. Sessions are grounded in real corporate affairs work, showing people how to brief AI well, use it as a thinking partner, and understand where human judgement matters most.
Managing risk and responsible use
We help teams turn AI policy into confident judgement about risk. This includes clear guidance on what can be done safely, what needs review, how outputs should be checked, and how to manage risks such as hallucination and bias.
